COUNSELING
Individual
Individual Counseling is available to individuals seeking to work on personal growth issues and to manage challenges in their lives.
Couples
Couples Counseling is available for couples seeking to enhance intimacy and communication and/or reduce the conflict in their relationships.
Family
When one individual in the family is distressed or conflicted, that distress impacts the entire family system.  Family therapy is a process by which the family works together toward resolution of the problems.  Family therapy is often the modality of choice around parent child conflict.  Families identify the concerns, set the goals and work toward clearer communication, healthier boundaries and solution-oriented problem solving within the context of a family unit.
